What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for wholesale rates, we require a minimum order of 20 packs of hair. You can mix and match different colors and textures to reach this requirement.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international wholesale orders may take 7-10 business days depending on the destination and customs.
Are your synthetic braiding fibers heat-resistant?
Yes, our high-quality synthetic braiding hair is made from premium flame-retardant fibers that are heat-resistant, allowing for hot water setting and styling with low-heat tools.
Can I return hair if the color isn't what I expected?
We accept returns on unopened and unused hair within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on any hair that has been removed from its original packaging or handled.
Do you offer discounts for salon owners and licensed stylists?
Absolutely. Licensed professionals are eligible for our 'Platinum Tier' pricing. Please submit a copy of your license through our Pro Portal to have your account upgraded.
What payment methods do you accept for large orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For very large bulk orders exceeding $2,000, we also offer bank wire transfers and specialized financing through Klarna and Afterpay.
