Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Wholesale Braiding Hair, we strive for excellence in every bundle; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, hair extensions must remain in their original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RMA number inside the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned hair, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
